UX research, is the process of studying how users interact with a product or service in order to improve its design and usability. The goal of UX research is to understand users' needs, behaviors, motivations, and pain points, and to use that information to inform the design of the product or service.

While I may not be a professional illustrator, I am able to create visually appealing and effective illustrations that enhance the overall user experience.
